After my degree in "Ingegneria Elettronica indirizzo Telecomunicazioni" at Università di Ancona (Italy), I had been working at Filtronic Plc (UK) for five years as a design engineer of microwave diplexers ranging from 6 to 38 GHz.

During those years I also finished my Ph.D. studies at University of Leeds (UK) dedicated to the improvement of the stop-band performance of rectangular waveguide filters.

Then, I had worked for 10 years in a telecommunication company based in San Giovanni in Persiceto (Italy) as a product and process engineer at first, and as the R&D manager for the last period.

In recent years I have carried on with microwave filter design and founded MicroWaid^®.
